Vavena Stage

Vavena Stage is a local workspace for lighting technicians, console operators and technical directors who need a clear way to organise pre-show equipment checks. It brings venue records, reusable checklists, issue notes and inspection history together in one structured logbook. Organise venue information Create a record for each workspace with its venue name, room or stage, city, console model, DMX universe count and approximate fixture count. Mark frequently used venues as favourites for quicker access. Build reusable checklists Start with the included pre-show template or duplicate it for your own workflow. Group checks around power distribution, console and network, DMX data, fixture focus, working areas and other practical sections. Run checks step by step Select a venue and template, then work through every item manually. Mark entries as completed, skipped or requiring attention. Search and status filters help you return to remaining checks or recorded issues. Keep issue notes visible Add a note and select a priority for any item that needs follow-up. Open points remain available in the venue record, helping the crew review them during a later visit. Statuses and priorities are entered by the user and are not generated automatically. Review inspection history Browse completed sessions by month, filter records that contain issues and open detailed results organised by checklist section. Export and manage local records Share an individual inspection record in JSON format. You can also create a manual backup of the local database, restore a backup, delete individual records or reset local app data from Settings. Records are stored locally on the device, and the demonstrated workflow does not require an account. Vavena Stage supports recordkeeping. It does not replace qualified technical judgement, manufacturer instructions, venue procedures, electrical safety practices or applicable regulations.
