Niagara Casino

Niagara Casino is pool with the randomness removed. Every one of the twenty-five layouts is a fixed position, and every one has a solution inside the stroke limit. Failing means you played the wrong shot, not that the balls rolled badly. Aiming shows the contact line and the path the object ball will take, so potting a ball is not the puzzle. The puzzle is where the cue ball finishes. Strike above centre and it follows through; below and it draws back; off to the side and it comes off the cushion at an angle that has nothing to do with where it went in. That is the entire game. A pot that leaves you snookered on the next ball has cost you the layout even though the ball went down, and the good solutions run several balls in a sequence you plan before the first stroke. The results screen counts the run -- how many you potted in a row without a miss -- which is the number that separates clearing a layout from owning it. The shop recolours the cloth and swaps cues, and settings turn the aiming guides down or off for anyone who wants the full version. Niagara Casino is fully offline. No account, no purchases, no ads at the table. Just a set position, side spin and a cue ball that finishes where you meant it to.
