Piatto — Order Ahead for All

Piatto is the food ordering app that remembers who you are — so you never have to repeat yourself. Set your accessibility requirements, dietary needs, and preferences once. They travel with you to every café and restaurant, automatically. No explaining at the door. No reciting allergies to a new server every time. No wondering whether a venue can accommodate you. Just open the app, browse, and order. HOW IT WORKS Browse nearby cafés and restaurants, explore their menus, and pre-select what you’d like to order — all before you arrive. Choose how your order is submitted: • Submit Upon Approach — Your order is sent automatically when you reach a set distance from the venue (200m by default, or choose your own). Ideal if you’d like your food ready when you walk in, or if getting to the counter is difficult. • Submit Once Seated — Pre-select your items, then scan the venue’s QR code when you’re ready. Your order goes to the kitchen along with your accessibility profile, so the venue knows exactly how to serve you. • Reservation — Book ahead for a future date, with your accessibility needs communicated to the venue before you arrive. BUILT FOR EVERYONE Piatto was designed from the ground up for people whose needs are often overlooked by ordering apps. Wheelchair users whose order and mobility needs reach the venue before they do. People with vision impairment who need screen-reader-friendly menus. Customers with severe allergies whose dietary restrictions are flagged in the kitchen automatically. Deaf customers who receive notifications instead of called names. But Piatto isn’t only for people with disability. Parents with prams, travellers with luggage, anyone recovering from surgery, pregnant women in their third trimester — if you’ve ever had to work harder than everyone else to place an order, Piatto is for you. YOUR PROFILE, YOUR CONTROL All profile fields are optional. Share what you want, when you want. Your accessibility information is only transmitted to a venue when you place an order, and only the details needed for service. Piatto respects your privacy and puts you in control of your data. FEATURES • Discover nearby venues and browse full menus from one app • Allergen and dietary flags communicated directly to the kitchen • Accessibility profile travels with every order — set once, never repeat • Three ordering modes: approach-triggered, QR-scan, or reservation • Favourites and order history for fast re-ordering • Secure payment via Stripe — save a card or pay fresh each time • Persistent orders — close the app, lose battery, switch phones; your pending order is saved to your account WHY PIATTO EXISTS Today, people with accessibility needs face the same exhausting cycle at every venue: explain, hope, repeat. Piatto eliminates that cycle. Your needs are understood before you arrive, communicated through the same system that handles every other order. No special treatment. No separate process. Just good service, for everyone. piatto.com.au
