Tassō — CTK Community Church

Tassō is a church management system — the directory, the serving schedule, the service plans, the song library and the projector, in one place and on your phone, tablet or computer. It is built for CTK Community Church, and that is currently the one congregation it serves. The app is for CTK's members, volunteers and staff; access comes from the church office, not from a public sign-up. THE SCHEDULE BUILDS ITSELF Most scheduling tools show you who is free and leave the thinking to you. Tassō works the schedule out. It knows who is qualified for each position, who has blocked out dates, who serves at which gathering, how often each person has agreed to serve, and who was on last week — then fills a whole month of services in seconds and spreads the load evenly. The rules are the church's to set: nobody twice in one morning, a worship leader not two Sundays running, a guitarist at most twice a month, a leader at least once a month. Where it cannot fill a slot it leaves the gap and says why, in a sentence — "everyone qualified is away", "no one at that service plays bass" —so you know who to ring. VOLUNTEERS KEEP THEIR OWN SCHEDULE Every volunteer gets their dates on their phone: what they are doing, when it starts, and a reminder six days before and again the day before. They mark the dates they are away before the schedule is built, or confirm they are free for the whole season in one tap. If something comes up they ask their team for cover, the team is asked, someone answers, and everyone is told what was agreed, without a group chat. SUNDAY, PLANNED AND PRESENTED The service is a run sheet — songs, readings, talk, notices — with timings that add up as you go. The band sees that same plan with the chords, transposed to the key being played, with capo shapes and Nashville numbers. The projector runs from it too, so the words on the wall come from the same chart the musicians are reading, and a typo fixed once is fixed everywhere. THE SONG LIBRARY Chord charts with transposition, capo and Nashville numbering, arrangements per song, links to reference recordings, and set history worked out from the services themselves — no spreadsheet of what was sung when. PEOPLE, HOUSEHOLDS AND GROUPS The directory with households, tags and filters. Small groups with their own leader pages, rosters and attendance. Connection cards for newcomers, follow-up that does not get forgotten, and prayer and care requests with real limits on who can read what. ROLES THAT FIT A CHURCH Access is a grid, not a ladder. A worship leader sees songs and services but not the directory; the office sees the directory but not the song library; a group leader manages their group and nothing else. Pastoral notes are restricted separately, so sensitive writing is not something an administrator can read by default. SIGNING IN Tassō is for people CTK Community Church already knows. There is no public sign-up. You sign in with the email address the church has for you: a six-digit code arrives, you type it in, and you stay signed in. No password to remember unless you want one. PRIVACY The church's data belongs to the church. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising. Notifications are optional and can be switched off from your own page. You can delete your sign-in from inside the app; your membership record stays with the church office, as church records do.
