Detracker

Detracker is a quiet, privacy-first mobile self-observation tool developed by Crystal Wizzard. Designed for individuals seeking conscious self-awareness, Detracker provides a low-friction interface to record daily physiological signals, emotional fluctuations, meal timing, workouts, and wellness routines in real time. REPLACING MEMORY DISTORTIONS WITH OBJECTIVE REALITY Relying on memory to recall physical symptoms or behavioral habits often leads to cognitive distortion. Detracker records exact timestamps and environmental contexts the moment an event takes place, establishing an accurate personal history. This objective data helps you discover hidden lifestyle correlations and identify root-cause triggers without self-judgment. PRACTICAL, GRADUAL HABIT BUILDING Detracker is structured around constructive scaffolding that supports sustainable self-directed growth: • Instant One-Button Capture: Record events in seconds without interrupting your daily focus or workflow. • Configurable Template Buttons: Create dynamic blank template buttons once for recurring entries, such as meal preppers logging specific food items or macros. • Adaptable Framework: Modify event categories and details at any time as your tracking needs expand from simple daily routines to comprehensive symptom observation. AUTOMATED BIOLOGICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL CONTEXT Every logged entry is enriched with background metadata from four natural cycles: 1. TCM 24-Hour Organ Clock: Correlates logged activities with Traditional Chinese Medicine biological organ activity windows. 2. Astronomical Solar Positioning: Calculates true solar seasons and 24 solar periods based on exact solar orientation. 3. 18-Day TCM Earth Transitions: Tracks seasonal consolidation buffer periods between major energy shifts. 4. Lunar Cycle Tracking: Maps personal patterns across lunar energy phases. ABSOLUTE PRIVACY & STRUCTURAL SOVEREIGNTY Detracker protects your data and attention through strict architectural principles: • 100% On-Device Local Storage: All data resides strictly on your mobile device. There are zero cloud servers, zero backend databases, and zero tracking telemetry. • No Cloud Backup: Ensures absolute data sovereignty by keeping your records isolated on your physical hardware. • Location Privacy Control: Utilizes device time and date, offering explicit manual Northern/Southern Hemisphere selection if GPS is disabled. • Email CSV Export: Easily export your raw data via CSV to your personal email for self-directed analysis in standard spreadsheet tools. TRANSPARENT, ONE-TIME INVESTMENT Detracker contains no push notifications, no gamification, and no artificial reminders. It is available as a single, one-time purchase with no recurring subscriptions or paywalls.
