CrystalEDU

CrystalEDU is the Crystal Heights International School app for parents and guardians. Open it in the morning and see the day your child is actually having: whether they are in school, what time they arrived, the lessons ahead, and anything the school needs from you today. THE GATE PASS Show one code at the gate and the school knows who you are and which children you may pick up. It works with no signal, because it is made on your phone rather than fetched. If your phone will not open, the office can give you a short code that does the same thing. AUTHORISED PERSONS Add the people you authorise, with a photograph so the officer at the gate can check a face. Remove them whenever you want. Nobody is added without you. THE SCHOOL DAY Attendance, timetable, homework, marks and merits, and the notices your child's class sends home. Tell the school when your child will be absent or late, without a phone call. MESSAGES AND GROUPS Write to your child's teacher or to the office, and read what they send back. Send a voice note, a photograph or a document when words are not enough. Your child's class and clubs have their own groups, where the school posts and families reply, with quizzes and resources from the clubs. You choose how much each group tells you. CALENDAR AND EVENTS The school's term dates, holidays and events in one calendar. Say who is coming to an event, child by child, and add it to your phone's calendar. YOUR CHILD'S WEEK Photographs from the classroom, and a short note from the teacher on what your child did this week. Faces are shown only with each family's consent, and you can take your child out of any photograph. FEES See what is owed for the whole family on one bill, and pay through the school's payment provider. WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO It does not know where you are. There is no location permission and no code that reads one; "on my way" is a button you press. There is no advertising, no advertising identifier, and no tracking of any kind. This app is for parents and guardians of children enrolled at Crystal Heights International School. Your school account is created by the school; you sign in with the phone number they hold for you.
