Crew Proof Team

Stop losing contracts to false complaints. Get irrefutable proof that your cleaning crew was there and did the job. CrewProof is the specialized app for commercial cleaning businesses that need verification, not just scheduling. We solve the #1 problem in the janitorial industry: Trust. When a client asks, "Did they even clean the bathrooms last night?", don't guess—send them a CrewProof report. KEY FEATURES: 📍 GPS Geofencing (No Cheating) Staff cannot clock in unless they are physically at the job site. If they aren't inside the building, the app won't let them start. 📸 Photo Verification (Live Camera Only) Our "Evidence-First" camera prevents upload fraud. Cleaners must take photos in real-time. They cannot upload old pictures from their phone gallery to fake a job. 📶 Works Offline (Basement Ready) Cleaning often happens in basements or areas with poor signal. CrewProof records data offline and auto-syncs when the connection returns. 🔒 Simple Crew Login No emails or passwords to forget. Your staff logs in with a phone number and a secure 4-digit PIN. WHY USE CREWPROOF? Eliminate Disputes: Have a digital paper trail for every shift. Professionalize Your Service: Send branded PDF reports to your clients. Easy for Non-Tech Staff: Designed for cleaners, not IT experts. Large buttons, simple flows, and Spanish language support. Ideal for: Janitorial Services, Commercial Cleaning, Office Cleaning, and Facility Management.
