See your bill as it is being made. LiveBill puts the same bill on the shopkeeper's phone and the customer's at the same time — no waiting to find out what you owe, no guessing what's happening across the counter. HOW IT WORKS The seller taps "Start New Bill" and gets a 6-digit PIN. The customer enters it, then reads back a short code; the sale opens only when the seller confirms it, so a stranger who overheard the PIN can't join. Then the customer watches every item appear live, with a running total. FOR SELLERS • Add items fast — name, quantity, unit and price in one flow, in any language, with fractional quantities like 1.5 kg • Recently sold items are suggested as you type; tap one to fill in its unit and last price • Change a quantity with − and + right on the bill • 57 searchable units, your country's first — kilogram, litre, piece, dozen, box and more — or add your own • Per-item discounts, or one discount across the whole bill, as a percentage or a flat amount • Edit or remove any item mid-sale — the customer sees the change instantly • Checkout locks the bill. Show your saved payment QR code, or take cash and let LiveBill work out the change • Save your shop name (required, any language), address and phone once; they appear on every invoice • Currency and your phone's country code come from your SIM card or mobile network; if LiveBill can't tell, you pick once • See today's sales and their total on your Dashboard • History of your last 10 sales, with sort, search and filters. Older ones drop off automatically, even earlier today's, so today's total counts only those still listed • Delete sales from your own history; your customer keeps their copy • Save any invoice as a PDF, right after the sale or later from history, with or without item pictures FOR CUSTOMERS • Join with the seller's PIN and a two-way code check — one customer per sale • Watch the bill build item by item and know the total before you reach the counter • See at a glance if the seller is still connected • Cancel the sale yourself at any time before payment • Save your receipt as a PDF the moment the sale is paid • See today's purchases and their total, and keep your last 10 purchases, searchable and filterable • Delete purchases from your own history; the seller keeps their record VIEW YOUR INVOICE YOUR WAY Sort an invoice's items, switch between list, grid, carousel and card layouts, zoom out to fit more, and save the PDF in the same layout and order. BUILT ON TRUST • Completed invoices are visible only to the seller and the customer who joined that sale • Live bills are shared through a private PIN, never a public link • A bill still being built ends after 10 idle minutes, with a countdown first • No sale runs longer than an hour — the seller is warned 5 minutes and 1 minute before • Sign in with Google or email and password (ages 18+). One signed-in device per account at a time • Delete your account from inside the app whenever you are not mid-sale • Bills and receipts are simple sale records, not GST tax invoices FREE, WITH ADS LiveBill is free and shows ads, served by Google AdMob. A banner appears on list and information screens, never on a live bill. Customers see one full-screen ad after each purchase, once they leave the receipt; sellers see it only while the account's ads haven't yet earned several times its running cost. On the same basis a full-screen ad can appear between tasks, such as saving a PDF from history — at most one every ten minutes, never while a bill is being built or at checkout. Starting or joining a bill sometimes offers an optional short ad: watch it to the end to clear what the account owes, or choose No thanks. The sale starts either way, and it never appears during a sale. A premium tier with fewer ads (not ad-free) is planned for a future release. Until then everything in LiveBill is free. LiveBill does not process payments; cash and QR payments happen directly between seller and customer.
