Desde el 5 de octubre de 2026 el documento de control del transporte público de mercancías por carretera en España debe ser electrónico: el DeCA (Ley 9/2025, disposición transitoria 8.ª; Resolución de 5 de junio de 2026). CreaDeCA te lo genera desde el móvil, a partir de los albaranes que ya tienes. PARA QUIÉN Para el cargador que debe formalizar el documento y para el transportista que lo lleva. El cargador crea el DeCA y puede pasar un enlace al transportista para que añada su matrícula y datos, sin instalar nada. (Orden FOM/2861/2012, arts. 4 y 7). DESDE TU ALBARÁN, SIN TECLEAR LOS DATOS Escanea el albarán con la cámara (o súbelo en PDF) y la app extrae los datos: cargador y NIF, mercancía, palets o bultos y peso. Tú los revisas y corriges antes de emitir. QUÉ OBTIENES Un documento con su código QR. Quien lo necesite escanea el QR y accede al documento. Queda custodiado al menos un año, como exige la norma (Orden FOM/2861/2012, art. 9). TAMBIÉN • Agrupa varios envíos del mismo cargador y transportista en un documento. • Plantillas para tus clientes habituales. • Numeración correlativa e historial con versionado. PRUEBA Y PLANES Empieza gratis, sin tarjeta. Después eliges plan en plataformadeca.com; el pago se realiza en la web. CreaDeCA genera el documento y su QR a partir de los datos que introduces o que se extraen de tus albaranes. No presta asesoramiento jurídico.
