CoveQS

Raise materials requisitions, record goods received on site, and query your project's numbers through the Commercial Assistant — from your phone. CoveQS is the mobile companion to the Cove platform, the commercial operating system used by main contractors, regional builders and their supply chain. What this app does: - Materials requisitions — raise a request for materials from site and track it through to order. - Goods received notes (GRNs) — record what's delivered against what was ordered, so materials stay reconciled without a separate paper trail. - Commercial Assistant — put a plain-language query to your project's commercial data and get a direct answer, not a dashboard to dig through. Built for how commercial teams work: - Every requisition, GRN and assistant query is logged against the project. - Multi-tenant and white-label — configured to your organisation. - Plain, sentence-case labelling. No noise. - Built around UK and Ireland commercial and site practice. Who it's for: site managers, quantity surveyors, commercial teams and materials coordinators at main contractors, regional builders and their supply chain. CoveQS is business software sold to organisations. The app is free to download and requires an existing Cove account, provisioned by your organisation — there is no in-app purchase and no consumer sign-up. Login required. Manage the full platform at www.coveqs.com.
