Full description
CourtBoard is a case diary built for advocates practising in Gujarat. Your board, your roznama and your cause list stay in one place — on your phone, ready before you leave for court. TODAY'S BOARD Open the app and see today's hearings grouped by court. Case number, party names, stage and purpose, all visible before you stand up. No more checking three registers on the way to the court complex. CASE DIARY AND ROZNAMA Record the roznama straight after a hearing. Every entry is dated and kept in order, so the full history of a case is one scroll — not a search through last year's diary. Export any case diary as a PDF and send it to your client or your senior. ECOURTS, CHECKED EVERY NIGHT CourtBoard checks your cases against eCourts overnight and tells you when a new date is listed. You stop opening the eCourts site case by case to confirm a case status, and a date that moves without notice does not catch you out. CAUSE LIST FOR THE WHOLE MONTH A calendar of every hearing date, with busy days marked at a glance. Move between months to see what is coming and plan the week that matters. CASES, CLIENTS AND FEES TOGETHER Keep case number, CNR number, court, district, stage, parties, opposing advocate and FIR details in one record. Link every case to a client, and track fees received against fees pending. CASE STATUS AT A GLANCE Search any case by case number, party name, CNR number or village and see its stage, next date and full history in seconds. The search runs across every case in the office, not only the ones assigned to you. REMINDERS THAT REACH YOU A notification before the day's hearings, and a flag on any case that was heard but still has no next date entered. Dates stop slipping because a register went un-updated. YOUR WHOLE OFFICE, ONE BOARD Add juniors and clerks, assign cases and districts, and let the office work from the same case diary. Roles decide who sees and edits what, so a clerk updating a date cannot change your fee record. WORKS IN GUJARATI The full interface is available in Gujarati for advocates who prefer it, and switches back to English whenever you like. BUILT FOR DISTRICT AND HIGH COURT PRACTICE Case types, stages and court names follow Gujarat practice — R.C.S., Spl.C.S., Cr.M.A., H.M.P., Spl.C.A. and the rest — rather than a generic legal case management template written somewhere else. WHO USES COURTBOARD Advocates running a solo practice, lawyers sharing chambers, and law firms with juniors and clerks who need one reliable case diary instead of a paper register and four WhatsApp groups. If you keep a court diary by hand today, this is the same diary that adds up its own dates and checks eCourts for you. PRICING Free for 14 days, with every feature unlocked. After that: Solo — Rs 199 per month or Rs 1,990 per year Office — Rs 499 per month or Rs 4,990 per year, up to 10 staff Chambers — Rs 1,499 per month or Rs 14,990 per year, unlimited staff Yearly plans include two months free. YOUR DATA Your case diary is yours. You can delete your account and every record in it from inside the app at any time. If a subscription lapses we keep your data for 12 months so nothing is lost while you decide, then remove it. SUPPORT Email [email protected] or call +91 78747 10151.

What's new

• Court holidays now show the full 2026 calendar from the High Court circular, grouped by month, with the summer vacation as one closed period. • Refreshing a case from eCourts no longer changes its case type or court name. • Importing an eCourts export now selects only the cases you don't already have, so re-importing won't create duplicates. • Better classification of POCSO and senior division matters.
