O CIPFIBRO Digital é o aplicativo oficial da Prefeitura Municipal de Sobral, desenvolvido pela Secretaria dos Direitos Humanos e da Assistência Social (SEDHAS), que disponibiliza em meio digital a Carteira de Identificação da Pessoa com Fibromialgia (CIPFIBRO). O app foi criado para facilitar a identificação das pessoas diagnosticadas com fibromialgia e garantir o acesso aos direitos assegurados pela legislação municipal, com base na Lei Municipal nº 2.675/2025, que reconhece as pessoas com fibromialgia como pessoas com deficiência para todos os efeitos legais no município, e na Lei Municipal nº 2.678/2025, que institui o Fevereiro Roxo — mês de conscientização sobre fibromialgia, Alzheimer e lúpus. Principais funcionalidades: Login seguro via Gov.br, com autenticação integrada aos sistemas oficiais da Prefeitura de Sobral. Carteira digital da CIPFIBRO, sincronizada em tempo real com o cadastro oficial do titular. Acesso offline, permitindo consultar a carteira mesmo sem conexão à internet. Proteção por biometria ou PIN, com criptografia dos dados armazenados no dispositivo. Comunicação institucional, com informações e novidades sobre a política pública e os serviços vinculados ao benefício. Como solicitar a carteira: A solicitação da CIPFIBRO é feita pelo portal AgendaSol (mediante envio de laudo, relatório ou documento médico que comprove o diagnóstico). Após a análise e aprovação pela Prefeitura, a carteira fica disponível para consulta diretamente no aplicativo. Segurança e privacidade: O app não coleta dados de localização em segundo plano nem utiliza informações pessoais para fins comerciais. Dados sensíveis relacionados à saúde (como laudos médicos) são tratados exclusivamente para validação da condição de pessoa com fibromialgia, conforme a LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018), sendo acessados apenas por agentes públicos autorizados. Público-alvo: pessoas diagnosticadas com fibromialgia, residentes no Município de Sobral/CE, que desejam obter ou consultar sua carteira de identificação e acessar os direitos e serviços públicos vinculados a essa condição.
