Choose Breathe Together for structured breathing guidance, or Speak Together to keep a personal count and review your progress over time. Breathe Together Each cycle pairs relaxed breathing with a countdown, a gentle breath hold and an encouraging cue before your next breath. Choose a fixed hold or let each cycle build towards your selected maximum. Follow the calming pulse, clear state badges and cycle indicator at your own pace. Make each session yours - Choose a session from 10 to 30 minutes. - Set a maximum hold of 20, 30 or 40 seconds. - Adjust breathing time, the time between breaths, and breath and voice volumes separately, even during a session. - Pause, resume or stop whenever you like. - Choose Alex, Rose, Denis or Chad, or select No Voice and follow visual guidance and breath-tone cues. Speak Together Set a daily speaking goal, then count the people you speak with using the on-screen +1 or your phone's Volume Up button while the counter is open. Undo a count if needed. Your Speak Together goals and counts stay on your device; the app does not record names, contact details or conversations. Speaking Progress Use Calendar and History to review daily counts and goal completions. See recent totals, current and best streaks, and earned or upcoming achievements.
