Corozo Button Album

Somewhere in every old house there was a tin of buttons — a rattling little hoard of shell, glass and brass that outlived the coats they were cut for. Corozo gives that tin a proper home. Each button is mounted on a printed calico sample card and turned so its holes and shank catch the light, sorted by the material it was carved or cast from. It is a quiet, unhurried room for a collection that was always meant to be poured out on a table and admired. Mount your finds onto five old material cards — shell, glass, casein & bakelite, metal, and horn & wood — and watch each printed card fill row by row as its set comes together. Open any button to read its detail card: material, how it fastens, the years it belongs to, where you found it, and a photograph you snap or choose from your gallery. Lost a button off a favourite coat? Open the Odd Button finder, describe the one you need, and Corozo surfaces the closest matches already sitting in your tin — all of it kept on your own device, offline and calm.
