Well365

Well365 brings whole-person wellbeing and real human coaching into one calm daily rhythm. Check in with how you feel in one tap. Track the habits that matter to you. Then work with a real coach who can see what you choose to share. A CALM DAILY CHECK-IN Record your mood in one tap. Add habits, gratitude notes or sleep when you want to, and skip them when you do not. Well365 does not count streaks against you or tell you that you have fallen behind. WORK WITH A REAL COACH Choose a wellness coach and message them in the app. Your coach sees the wellness activity you have agreed to share, so the conversation starts from your actual week. SEE WHAT HELPS Mood trends, habit history, a wellness wheel across eight dimensions, and assessments that show patterns over time. Observations, never instructions. BRING IN WHAT YOUR PHONE ALREADY RECORDS If you choose, Well365 reads steps, sleep, exercise minutes and mindful minutes from Health Connect to fill in the habits you pick. Nothing is read until you turn it on, and Well365 never writes to Health Connect. PRIVACY YOU CAN CHECK Journal entries are never shared with a coach unless you turn that on. You can read a log of every time a coach opened your wellness data. You can export everything Well365 holds about you, or delete your account, from inside the app. Your employer never sees your individual entries. Lock Well365 with your face, fingerprint or PIN, add two-step verification, and sign out on every device at once if a phone goes missing. BUILT FOR EMPLOYER-SPONSORED WELLBEING Well365 is offered through employers as a wellbeing benefit. Join with your organisation's code, or use Well365 on your own. Well365 is a wellbeing and coaching service. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a crisis service. In the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In an emergency, call 911.
