Lamera Resort

Lamera Resort is the official app for owners, tenants and their families at Lamera Resort. Everything you need in one place: gate access, guests, maintenance, reports and staying in touch with resort management. ■ Smart, secure entry code • A personal QR code that refreshes automatically every few seconds and works only once — nobody can screenshot it and use it in your place. • Show it to the security guard or the gate reader and walk right in. • See which gates you are authorized to use. ■ Your guests and workers • Issue an entry pass for a guest, worker or delivery in seconds and share it via WhatsApp or any app. • Set the validity period and number of uses. • Get notified the moment the pass is used at the gate. ■ Your family • Add family members — each one gets their own account and entry code with your permissions. ■ Rent out your unit • Register a rental from the app and send your tenant an activation code. • Tenant access starts and ends automatically with the rental period. ■ Maintenance and reports • Request maintenance (electrical, plumbing, A/C, carpentry, cleaning...) with a photo and track it step by step. • Report any issue in the resort with a photo and its location on the map. ■ Your account • Follow charges, payments and balance for each unit. ■ Resort news and services • Management announcements as they happen. • Resort services directory on the map. • Instant notifications for everything that concerns you. ■ Arabic and English • Fully available in both languages. Note: this app is for owners and tenants of Lamera Resort and their families. New owner accounts are activated after review by resort management; tenant accounts are activated with a code from the owner.
