Core Lucidity: Ennestia

Most personality tests give you a label and leave it there. Ennestia is what happens after the quiz. It's a simple daily practice built around the Enneagram. You find your type, check in on how you're actually doing today, and get a small, honest nudge back toward your calmer, clearer self. Over time you start to see where you really live, not just a one-time result. Here's how it works. Find your type. Take a short three-part assessment, or just pick your type if you already know it. You'll see your wing and any close matches, laid out honestly. It's a starting point for reflection, not a box to live in. Check in. No long surveys. Two quick questions place you on your levels, so you can see where you are right now. Coach up. Get a warm, practical nudge toward your center, shaped by your type and the moment. Add a written reflection if you feel like it. Grow over time. As you keep checking in, your "center of gravity" starts to show. You get to watch real movement instead of staring at a score. The idea is simple. Your type is where you live. Your level is how today is going. Everyone swings between gripped, managing, and free states, and a rough moment is normal and temporary. Ennestia meets you where you are and helps you move inward, one rung at a time. If you want more, premium adds: • An AI coach that remembers your past sessions and talks to where you actually are. • Conversation prep for walking into a real talk, or a manager one-on-one, with someone of any type. • Relationship reports on how any two types tend to click and clash. • Guided growth programs, a subtype quiz, and coaching for specific situations. For teams, a leader can set up a shared space with a de-identified read of the group, a feel for its makeup and blind spots, and quick pulse check-ins. It's about the whole team, never watching individuals. Note: Ennestia is a self-growth tool for adults. It isn't therapy or a replacement for professional care, and it won't diagnose you. The type descriptions and levels are our own take on the Enneagram, meant to get you thinking, not to pin you down. Find your center. Check in. Grow.
