TennisChief: Tennis Club Admin

Collecting RSVPs, chasing dues, ordering balls. Everything a tennis club treasurer repeats every week, in one app. No more counting replies in the group chat, keeping dues in a spreadsheet or trying to remember how many cans are left. TennisChief is a local-only tool that one person, the treasurer, enters and manages. No sign-up, no server sync. ■ Sessions and attendance Create a session with the date, time, court and court fee, then mark each member Attending / Absent / Undecided with a single tap. Use "Everyone in" to fill the list at once and fix only the exceptions. The Home screen always shows the next session and the confirmed headcount. ■ Share attendance to the group chat Copy the attendance list as text, or turn it into a clean image card and post it straight to WhatsApp or any messenger. Attending members, guests and undecided members are laid out at a glance. ■ Guests and their history Register each session's guests with their name, the member who invited them and the guest fee. Visits add up automatically, so you know which regulars to invite as full members. ■ Monthly dues and reminders Tick paid members month by month, and see a whole year at once in a member × 12-month grid. When someone has not paid, the app writes a reminder message with your club name, the amount and your bank account, ready to copy or share. ■ Expense ledger Record court fees, ball purchases and other expenses. A session's court fee moves to the ledger with one tap, and a ball purchase with a price is logged as an expense at the same time. ■ Ball stock by the can Log purchased cans (1 can = 3 balls) and enter how many balls each session opened; the stock updates itself. When the remaining count drops below your threshold, a "Low" badge appears on Home so you can order before the next session. ■ Members Keep each member's name, phone and join date, and see their attendance history, dues history and the guests they invited on one screen. Members taking a break can be set to dormant instead of deleted, so their history stays. ■ Stats Cumulative attendance rate per member, a six-month expense chart and a ranking of the most frequent guests. ■ Daily reminder Once a day at the time you choose, a short nudge about a treasurer task such as collecting RSVPs or checking dues. Turn it off or change the time in Settings. ■ Local only, one-time ad removal All data stays on your device. No account, no cloud sync, no push server. Ads can be removed for good with a single purchase; there is no subscription. Package: com.cooltime.tennischief
