NeckCheck: Forward Head Angle

Forward head posture, checked from a single photo. NeckCheck measures how far your head sits forward from one side-profile photo. It computes the craniovertebral angle (CVA) between the horizontal and the line from your shoulder to your ear, grades your posture, and tracks how it changes over time. ■ How it works 1. Prop your phone against a wall and stand about 1.5 m to the side. 2. When your side profile is in frame, a 5-second countdown starts and the photo is taken automatically. 3. The angle is computed from your ear and shoulder, then shown with a grade. ■ Result and grades Your measured angle is drawn over the photo, and a gauge shows where you land on the healthy baseline (44° to 55°). · Normal: 52° and above · Borderline: 48° to 51° · Caution: 44° to 47° · Severe: below 44° ■ Key features · Measure in about 10 seconds from one side-profile photo · Track your trend with a 30-day chart · A daily reminder at a time you choose (11:00 by default) · Stretch guidance matched to your grade · Light and dark themes ■ Privacy and offline Capture and analysis happen entirely on your device. No photo or measurement is ever uploaded, and no account is required. ■ Price Free to use, with ads. Note: results are for reference only and are not a medical diagnosis.
