GrowNote

A child's growth may be hard to notice from day to day, but a consistent record makes the pattern easier to see. GrowNote helps you record height, weight, head circumference, and BMI for children from birth through age 18, then view their growth over time in a clear and approachable way. Enter a measurement to calculate its percentile and Z score using the child's age and sex on the measurement date. GrowNote uses the WHO Child Growth Standards 2006 for children under 36 months and the KDCA 2017 growth charts from age 3 through 18. Instead of relying on broad table ranges, the app applies the LMS method and age interpolation to show a growth position suited to the exact measurement date. Key features • Record height, weight, head circumference, and BMI • Preview percentiles as soon as measurements are entered • Manage profiles and growth records for multiple children • Compare your child's measurements with standard percentile curves • Review measurement history and percentile changes by date • Use corrected age calculations for children born prematurely • Save and share a one page summary of recent measurements and growth charts • Back up and restore child profiles and measurement records • Choose metric or imperial units • Select light or dark themes and customize screen colors • Set a daily reminder for growth records When no published standard exists for a particular age or measurement, GrowNote clearly shows that no standard is available instead of creating an estimated percentile. Informational notices also help you review significant percentile changes over time. Keep track of the small changes and see your child's growth through clear numbers and easy to read charts.
