Maestro

Andrea Camastra lost his father on Christmas Eve at age eight. Started working at ten. Never planned to become a chef. Thirty years later — 10+ Michelin stars, Top 100 Chefs in the World, Gault&Millau Chef of the Year, Most Talented Italian Abroad, 4 Toques, and Innovative Chef of the Year. His restaurant Senses was only the second in Polish history to earn a Michelin star. He kept it five years straight. When COVID shut it down, he opened NUTA — and earned another star within 13 months. Then another. Then another. Hervé This, the inventor of molecular gastronomy, called him "the successor to the legendary Ferran Adrià of El Bulli." He turned down Tokyo, New York, Dubai, South Africa. Instead, he built Maestro. Three theatrical characters guide you through every recipe. MEET LA FAMIGLIA Don Andrea — The boss. Born in Monopoli, Puglia. 30+ years in professional kitchens across Italy, France, and Great Britain. Speaks in philosophy. Treats every mistake like a personal betrayal. "In my kitchen, there are no mistakes. There are only choices." Luigi — The enforcer. Fast-talking, quick-witted, court-mandated to attend therapy. If your timing is off, he knows. He's watching. Always watching. Nonna Emilia — 86 years old. Two dead husbands. Built the family from nothing. Trained Andrea herself. She has never once said "good job" and she's not starting with you. TWO MODES. CHOOSE WISELY. Normal — Wisdom, humor, encouragement. Real Italian technique the way it's done in professional kitchens. Hardcore — Same recipes. Completely unhinged. Nonna swears. Luigi threatens. Don Andrea gets philosophical about violence. You've been warned. RECIPES YOU LITERALLY CANNOT MESS UP. Every recipe is engineered so you succeed. But these aren't just classics. Each one gets a Michelin-star twist — a technique, a detail that transforms something traditional into something insanely good. Step-by-step voice narration from three characters Sensory cues: learn WHEN it's done by sight, sound, smell, and touch Smart heat guidance calibrated to YOUR stove and oven Real-time troubleshooting at every step Video demonstrations for key techniques Branching recipes — choose your variation, ingredients adapt Portion scaling and dietary substitutions Most recipes switch to gluten-free versions that taste just as incredible — no compromises, no sad substitutes.
