New Choice Homes

New Choice Homes has been turning homeowners’ visions into reality since 2009. As part of the Spadaccini Group, we bring a legacy of excellence, craftsmanship, and innovation to every home we build. With extensive experience in the residential housing industry, our team delivers expert guidance and tailored solutions to suit your lifestyle, budget, and desired location – from vibrant new communities and established suburbs to rural settings. Our commitment begins with understanding your goals and shaping a design that works for you. Drawing on years of experience in residential construction, our team provides professional advice and transparent guidance, empowering you to make informed decisions at every stage of your building journey. With more choice and involvement than usually seen in the project builder space, our experienced professionals will work with you to find solutions to fit your budget and land options. Whether you’re a first-home buyer, a growing family, downsizing, or exploring a country retreat or urban-fringe lot, our design range caters to every stage of life from Dream Starters to Urban Explorers to Lifestyle Simplifiers. We place strong emphasis on quality and value, partnering with established suppliers renowned for their innovation and reliability. Every element from the footings, brickwork, and roofing to appliances and plumbing fixtures is carefully selected to ensure long-term performance and aesthetic appeal. Our kitchens are also custom-made right here in Perth, combining local craftsmanship with modern design to create spaces that are both functional and beautifully finished. Each new home design is thoughtfully created to help you maximise value without compromising on build quality or liveability. With an extensive range of single-storey, narrow-lot, dual-key, multi-generational, and country-style designs, every home offers the flexibility to be customised to suit your needs. We provide complete end-to-end support from initial consultation and budgeting through to handover and dedicated aftercare via our experienced maintenance team — ensuring every step of the process is clear, smooth, and transparent. For investors and developers, our specialist team also delivers tailored solutions for duplex, triplex, and “house behind a house” projects. New Choice Homes is your trusted building partner, backed by the heritage of the Spadaccini Group and dedicated to delivering homes that embody choice, quality, and lasting value. We are proud to be recognised within the industry for excellence in design, innovation, and customer experience, with multiple HIA and MBA award wins highlighting our ongoing commitment to quality, service, and craftsmanship.
