H-GECO est un logiciel SaaS qui vous permet de gérer tous les types de congés et d’absences (congés payés, maladies, les retards et récupérations etc) sur une plate forme unique et mobile. Ses fonctionnalités principales ont pour but de simplifier la vie de tout le personnel d'une entreprise. Pour les employés : - Déposer une demande de congé ou d'absence depuis son mobile ou PC. - Obtenir la réponse sans avoir à demander. Pour les responsables d'équipe ou de production: - Accès au calendrier des congés de chaque personnel de son équipe. - Planifier son travail plus efficacement. Pour les chargé des ressources humaines : - Valider les congés - Voir et l'état et l'historique des congés dans le calendrier et exporter les documents requis. Pour les gérants ou les DG : - Consulter immédiatement les statistiques liées aux congés, absences ou retards. - Déléguer le pouvoir de validation
