Comtylink Resident connects you to your apartment building. Log maintenance requests, book shared amenities, and keep up with building notices — all from your phone. MAINTENANCE REQUESTS Report an issue in your apartment or a common area in under a minute. Attach photos or a video so your building manager can see exactly what you're seeing, then follow the status of your request through to completion. BOOKINGS Reserve shared amenities — function rooms, BBQ areas, and other facilities your building offers. See what's available, book in a few taps, and review your upcoming bookings. NOTICE BOARD Stay across building announcements, planned works, and updates from your building manager. Notices arrive in the app, so nothing gets lost in a hallway noticeboard or a group chat. DOCUMENTS AND CONTACTS Find building documents and key contacts when you need them, without digging through old emails. ACCESS Comtylink Resident is provided by your building. Your building manager sets up your account and you sign in with your email address. If your building doesn't use Comtylink yet, ask your building manager or committee about it.
