Secure and private by design, Communicatio Secreta is an offline-first numbers-station toolkit for creating, authenticating, transmitting and recovering one-time-pad messages. Your message content, pad material and generated audio remain on your device throughout the core cryptographic workflow. They are not sent to the developer unless you explicitly choose to transfer or share a file. Internet access is used for membership authentication, subscription management and other user-initiated online functions. The application does not contain advertising or third-party analytics. MEMBERSHIP An active Communicatio Secreta membership is required to access the station interface. Subscriptions purchased through the Android application are managed through Google Play. IMPORTANT SECURITY INFORMATION One-time-pad confidentiality depends on every pad being generated securely, kept secret and used exactly once. Never copy, reuse, restore or share pad material between directions. The local consumption ledger cannot detect copies used on another device. Communicatio Secreta has not received an independent cryptographic or implementation audit. It should not be relied upon for emergency, life-safety or other high-value communications.
