Labor Desk

Labor Desk is a clean, offline ledger for small contractors paying daily-wage workers. No account is required and the app never connects to the internet — every entry stays on your device. Run the roll call in seconds, record cash advances as you hand them out, and close out the week with a tidy settlement. The Reports view shows your crew-wide daily cost as a bar chart and an attendance density calendar so you can see at a glance who showed up and what the week is going to cost. Highlights: - Crew list with name, work type and daily wage rate - Outstanding balance per worker, computed from attendance, advances and settlements - Batch attendance: mark the whole crew Present / Half-day / Absent in one screen - Quick "Yesterday" shortcut for catching up after a long day on site - Filterable wage log with editable, deletable entries - Cash advances and settlements with optional notes and running totals - Reports: daily wage-cost chart, calendar attendance density, per-worker summary - Fully offline. No account. No ads. No tracking. Built for masons, helpers, electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters and the small crews that build with them.
