Full description

The EasingIBS app provides evidence-based tools to help with bowel and gut disorders such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and functional gastrointestinal disorders, using the brain-gut connection. Tools include IBS and health assessment forms, IBS diary, and introductory audio recording. The app also provides EasingIBS members with access to brain-bowel gut-directed audio recordings (psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, CBT) which medical research suggests can help to ease IBS symptoms and similar conditions. EasingIBS is provided by the therapy team at Commerson Ltd.
