Color Chemical 2025

The Color Chemical Issue App is a smart and efficient solution designed to manage the chemical issuing process in textile or dyeing operations. It simplifies and digitizes the workflow, ensuring accuracy and traceability. The process begins with a QR code scan, which identifies the specific color batch or production order. Once scanned, the app automatically retrieves and displays a list of chemicals required for that particular batch. This eliminates manual entry errors and speeds up the operation. Users can then review the listed chemicals, select the ones they are issuing, and confirm the issue through a simple, user-friendly interface. Upon confirmation, the selected chemicals are marked as issued and the data is saved for tracking and reporting. Key Features: QR Code Scanning: Instantly fetch the required chemical list linked to a color batch or job card. Real-Time Chemical List: View chemicals required for the specific order with accurate details. Easy Selection & Issue: Select and issue chemicals with just a few taps. Digital Records: All issues are recorded in real-time, ensuring traceability and inventory control. Improved Accuracy: Reduces human errors in chemical selection and logging.
