Collabmind takes the innovative approach of breaking a design project into three phases, providing seamless collaboration right from the beginning, eliminating the chance for last minute surprises. The three phases are: Dream, Design, Build. CollabMind's stand out features: - Integrated Calendar: Schedule every project-related event, allowing all stakeholders to stay informed and manage time effectively. - Project Organization: Calendars, to-do lists, and meeting notes are embedded into CollabMind to keep all users up to date and moving in the same direction for a successful project completion. - Material Selection Management: Collect, evaluate, and finalize options for various materials required in residential construction projects using a detailed materials chart. Sort and view materials in a multitude of ways to confirm compatibility. Lists can also be exported as a PDF to share with suppliers and contractors. - Centralized Communication: Maintain all project communications in one place, whether addressing the entire team or individual members. Pin important messages or mark them as unresolved to ensure critical points are addressed. - Collaborative Comments: Enhance interaction and efficiency with comment features throughout the app, allowing for clear and timely feedback among all users. - Project Export Capability: Generate a comprehensive record of your project, encompassing comments and documents, for archival purposes or information sharing. - Personalized Branding: Customize the app's color scheme to provide a branded experience for your clients.
