COGNotch

COGNotch is the operations app used by COGNotch client companies in construction, real estate and furniture manufacturing, for site, factory and office teams. Accounts are issued by your company administrator; there is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without an account. One app for every COGNotch business: on the sign-in screen you choose your organisation, and the app then shows the screens for your company and your role. Construction and real estate: Daily progress reports: record the work done on site each day against the project's work breakdown, with quantities, remarks and site photos. Labour: mark attendance for your own and subcontractor labour, keep the labour register and review attendance details. Materials and stores: raise material requisitions, record goods received at site, issue material to work fronts and track your own requests. Equipment: keep the equipment register, allocate machines to sites and log running hours. Work orders and billing: view and create work orders, record measurement book entries, and follow running-account bills and payments. Quality, safety and compliance: carry out inspections, track quality and HSE observations, and check compliance items for the project. Sales CRM: work leads, units and quotations for real-estate projects, and follow the post-sale process. Furniture manufacturing: Shop floor: scan and track jobs through each stage, see floor status, Kanban boards, planning and nesting status, and raise floor alerts. Quality, finishing, packing and dispatch: record QC checks with photos, follow coating, pack items and track dispatch. Stores: check inventory and record store movements. Design and costing: follow design and LOD status, view bills of materials, and see job costing and margins where your role allows. Sales CRM: capture enquiries, prepare quotations and share them with customers. For every business: Approvals: review and approve requests assigned to you from a single approvals hub. Reports and dashboards: see dashboards and reports for the projects and work you have access to. Permissions: the camera is used to take site, inspection, quality and defect photos and to scan barcodes and QR codes, and you can attach photos from your gallery. Location is used only while the app is open, to stamp photos with where they were taken. Notifications are used for approvals and task updates. The app does not request microphone access. Privacy: COGNotch is operated by SMB Catalyst LLP. You can view your consents, raise a grievance and request erasure of your data from inside the app. The full privacy policy is at https://ceratec.cognotch.com/legal/privacy.html.
