Codibex | Team Management

Codibex is a workspace companion app designed to simplify day-to-day office coordination for teams sharing a physical workspace. Employees can quickly raise office requests for cleaning, general assistance, or order pickups, and track their status in real time. Dedicated helpers receive instant alerts so nothing falls through the cracks. For team members, the app offers a streamlined leave management experience. View your leave balances at a glance, request time off across multiple leave types including general, emergency, medical, half-day, and work-from-home days, and track approvals all in one place. Smart date validation ensures requests follow your company's policies automatically. Stay informed with a built-in holiday calendar that shows gazetted and restricted holidays for the year, and pick your optional restricted holidays directly in the app. A personalized dashboard gives you a snapshot of your week, upcoming holidays, and pending requests the moment you open the app. Log overtime hours at the end of your workday with a simple form, and keep a complete history of your entries and their approval status. In-app notifications keep you updated on request status changes, approvals, and important updates without needing to check email. Codibex is built for teams that value clarity, consistency, and smooth daily operations.
