Quit Vaping - Vape Tracker

Quit Vaping is a quit tracker and craving toolkit for anyone who has decided to stop vaping and wants something honest to open the moment an urge hits. It is built for vaping, not cigarettes: you describe your habit in puffs, pods and nicotine strength (50 to 0 mg/mL), whether you use disposables or a pod system. HOW IT WORKS The Home tab is a simple vape tracker: a live vape-free counter that, once you add your baseline, also shows puffs avoided and money saved. When a craving shows up, tap "I'm craving right now" to reach the coping cards in the Tools tab, with a guided breathing exercise beside them. The counter, coping cards, breathing exercise, slip log and daily journal work offline and need no account. If a craving wins anyway, log the slip in seconds. Quit Vaping never resets your streak on its own or shames you: you choose whether to keep your streak or start a fresh clock, and the moment is saved as data, not a verdict. WHAT YOU GET • A vape-free day counter, plus puffs avoided and money saved once you enter your baseline • Coping cards for the moment an urge hits, from Home or the Tools tab • A guided breathing exercise to ride out a craving • Slip logging with trigger tags, so you can see what tends to come before a slip • A daily check-in journal (mood, a note, optional withdrawal symptoms) and a calendar view • Your own reasons to quit, saved where you can reread them • Milestone badges from your first day up to two years vape-free • Stop vaping at once or taper down: the Pro nicotine step-down planner follows common pod strengths (50 → 35 → 20 → 12 → 6 → 3 → 0 mg/mL) at your own pace • A general-education timeline of changes many people notice after they stop • An optional AI craving coach for the moment an urge hits • Optional reminders you switch on yourself: quit-date milestones and one daily reminder at an hour you pick WHAT'S FREE Start your counter, track your stats, log unlimited slips, check in every day, use the first coping cards and the breathing exercise, see the first timeline stages and earn badges up to day 30, with no account and no time limit. Three AI coach conversations are included every week (internet required). The free version shows ads: banners for our other apps, an occasional full-screen ad after a check-in, and optional rewarded ads. WHAT PRO ADDS Pro removes the weekly AI coach limit, unlocks all coping cards, the full timeline and every badge up to two years, adds the nicotine step-down planner and slip-pattern insights, lets you export your data, and removes ads. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription; plans and local price are shown before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Google Play account, and it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. YOUR DATA Your quit date, journal and slip history stay on your phone unless you turn on the optional backup. Sign-in (email or Google) is optional and only gives that backup an owner. The AI coach asks for consent first, then sends the message you type (and, only if you allow it, a short summary of your progress) to an AI provider to write a reply. The app uses Firebase analytics. IMPORTANT Quit Vaping is a self-tracking and support tool. It is not a medical device, not a treatment programme and not medical advice, and it promises no result or timeline. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before changing your nicotine intake or using nicotine replacement, and consider your local quitline: many countries run a free support line for quitting smoking and vaping. If you are under 18, a parent, school nurse or doctor can help too. If you feel unsafe, have chest pain or trouble breathing, contact local emergency services; the app has a crisis-resources screen.
