Pilates Progression is a mat pilates app for a core strength workout at home, built around one question: what should I practice today, and am I actually getting better at it? Instead of an endless feed of workout videos, it gives you 16 mat pilates exercises arranged as a real skill tree. Each move unlocks only after you have practiced the moves it builds on, so your pilates routine grows step by step, for beginners and for anyone coming back after a break. The structure is real: The Hundred opens once you have tried Lateral Breathing and the Pelvic Curl, Teaser needs the Roll-Up and Double Leg Stretch, and Boomerang needs both Teaser and The Saw. You never land on an advanced shape before its foundation exists.
