Homeschool Planner helps you plan your homeschool year and keep a clear record of it: lesson plans, attendance, grades and progress in one homeschool app. Let AI draft the year: choose the grade, the subject, the number of weeks and a Gentle, Standard or Rigorous pace, and the curriculum generator lays out a unit-by-unit, week-by-week course you can reorder, rewrite or mix with your own lessons. Prefer to skip AI? Built-in sequences for grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-12 fill a subject's weeks offline. PLAN THE YEAR • AI curriculum generator – grade, subject, weeks and pace in, an editable week-by-week lesson plan out. • Ready-made sequences – math, reading, writing, science, history and more, organised using US curriculum frameworks. • Manual lesson planner – add your own subjects and lessons, with objective, activity and notes. • School year calendar – set start and end dates, your school weekdays, terms and planned days off (holidays, co-op days, field trips, sick days). • Place a plan on your calendar – lessons get real dates that skip your days off. TEACH AND TRACK • Attendance tracker – log school days, mark days off, catch up on past days and see "day 45 of 180" against your own target. • Gradebook – record a letter, a percentage or a simple pass on any lesson, plus minutes spent. • Catch up – overdue lessons move to the next open school day in one tap. • Behind in a subject? A card on Today spots it and offers to re-plan the rest of the term around where you really are. • Optional reminders the evening before a school day and when attendance is not logged. FREE AND PRO Free: the manual planner, the ready-made sequences, the school year calendar, attendance, grades, progress and one student profile. You also get one AI curriculum plan and one AI term re-plan per term (without a school year set up, one plan in total). The free version shows ads: banners for our other apps and an occasional full-screen ad after you save a generated plan. Homeschool Pro adds unlimited AI curriculum plans and re-plans, the "Fill my week with AI" scheduler, AI review worksheets with an answer key for the parent, "Teach siblings together" combined lesson blocks for two grade levels, unlimited student profiles, a printable PDF record pack (attendance, hours, courses and grades) and no ads. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription; the price is shown in the app before you buy, and it renews until cancelled in Google Play. YOUR DATA Your students, subjects, lessons, attendance and grades are stored on your device. You can use the app as a guest; signing in (email, Google or Apple) is optional and keeps your subscription with your account. Planning and tracking work offline; AI features need an internet connection. Before the first generation the app asks for your permission, then sends only the grade level, subject, topics or lesson titles and pace to our server and to OpenRouter, our AI provider. Your child's name, age and attendance dates are never sent. If you turn on backup in Settings, a copy of your records is stored on our servers. We also use Firebase (sign-in, analytics, crash reports), RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Google AdMob (ads). HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS A planning and record-keeping tool for parents. Generated plans and worksheets are editable starting points for a parent to review, not accredited or standards-certified curricula.
