FERMENTATION LOG & ABV CALCULATOR Add gravity and temperature readings as you take them with your hydrometer and thermometer, each with a date and an optional note, and keep the whole fermentation log for the batch in order. Move a batch from fermenting to conditioning to completed. Enter original gravity (OG) and final gravity (FG) and the ABV calculator works out alcohol by volume instantly. TASTE, RATE, IMPROVE Rate a finished beer from 1 to 5 and write tasting notes on aroma, mouthfeel and carbonation.
