Height Maximizer is a posture and stretching app for adults who sit a lot and want better posture the honest way: by fixing slouched, compressed posture. Pick a body area (spine, hips, hamstrings, neck or shoulders), follow a guided routine with a step-by-step timer, and build a daily habit you can see in your streak. It does not make you grow.
