Having a daily check in and check out with explanations as to why I was feeling a particular way in that moment allows me to keep track of my emotions, and the journalling aspect of such which I can go back and reflect on has helped me navigate any negative emotions, for example, I have realised I tend to feel worse on the days leading to up an assignment deadline and so being able to visualise my negative emotions and see how they improve post deadline Is reassuring. As a student, I more often have my phone on me, so being able to access the app is never a problem and is highly convenient as the daily reads and reflection tasks take 5 to 10 minutes maximum." -- Nia
