Personal Trainer, Meals: Otis

Coach Otis is a fitness trainer that talks with you - not at you. Speak out loud and Otis coaches you through every rep, every set, every session. Snap a photo of your plate and Otis reads the calories and macros. Get a plan built around your real health data that adapts when life gets in the way. It's not another tracker. It's a coach in your pocket. ≈ WHY OTIS ≈ VOICE COACHING - TALKS BACK A coach you actually talk to. Speak your session out loud and Otis guides you through every exercise, adjusts your rest, and keeps you moving. Like a real trainer, without the $80/session price tag. NUTRITION FROM A PHOTO Snap your plate. Otis identifies the meal and calculates calories, protein, carbs, and fat. No manual logging. No scanning barcodes for every item. Just a photo and you're done. WORKOUTS THAT ADAPT Your 14-day plan is built from your real data: steps, workouts, and weight from Health Connect. When you miss a day, Otis adjusts.
