Kerygma: Bible Trivia Game

Kerygma is a Bible trivia game for people who want to know Scripture better, on their own, with family, or with friends. It takes its lead from Hosea 4:6, the verse where lack of knowledge is the danger. Every round is different. The questions are written the moment you start, from the topic and the level you choose, so you never end up memorising the same list. After every answer, Kerygma shows you the verse the question came from, with a short reflection that puts it in context. So the game is not only about getting answers right. It is a way into the Bible itself. Today's questions Five questions a day, the same for everyone. They take a few minutes. Share your result as five squares that give nothing away, so a church group can compare without spoiling it. Your journey • A streak of the days you study. One missed day a month is forgiven, and nothing ever warns you. • 55 badges to earn, for the way you study, the feasts of the church year and the books you meet. • A map of the Bible, with all 66 books lit one by one as you meet a question from each. • Your progress in every subject, level by level. Study together • Group boards. A family or a church group sees each other's last seven days of study, side by side. It counts days, never points, and there is no winner. • The honours board. Everyone who has reached Profound in a subject, in alphabetical order. Nobody is ranked. • Together. 2 to 8 players passing one phone. • Multiplayer. Everyone on their own phone, joined by a link, with a shared leaderboard. What is in the app • 24 subjects across three areas: Biblical Content, Doctrine and Theology, History and Traditions • Three levels: Acquainted, Conversant and Profound • Rounds of 5, 10, 15 or 20 questions • Custom rounds. Name a sermon, a book, a verse or any theme, and Kerygma builds the round around it. • An Advent calendar, with a new door every day from 1 to 24 December • A verse for every day with a short reflection, and the last 90 days to read again • Notifications. One verse each morning. And a reminder in the evening, only on days you have not played. • English, Romanian and Spanish, with Scripture in the ESV, Cornilescu and Reina-Valera • Your Kerygma code, which moves your progress to a new phone with no account and no password No noise, no pressure Kerygma has no ads and does not track you across other apps. Play every day or once in a while. Your progress stays where you left it. Subscription Full access comes with a subscription and a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time in Google Play. Whether you have studied Scripture for years or are only beginning, Kerygma is a calm way to learn it, to test yourself on it, and to go deeper into the Word.
