CLRTY: Addiction Tracker

CLRTY is a private sobriety tracker and sober day counter for quitting alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, gambling, porn, screens, and 20+ habits. No accounts, no cloud, no tracking — your recovery data never leaves your phone. Free forever. Works offline. Quitting is hard enough without your tracker working against you. CLRTY keeps it simple: no sign-up, no email, no password. Open the app and start. Everything is stored in encrypted storage on your device — nothing is uploaded, sold, or shared. If you uninstall the app, your data is gone with it, permanently. There are no analytics SDKs and no ads inside the app. Ever. WHAT YOU GET — FREE FOREVER • Sober day counter with clean-day streaks, best streak, and cost-avoided math (dollars and hours back in your pocket) • 20+ addiction presets — alcohol, nicotine, vaping, cannabis, opioids, stimulants, benzos, gambling, porn, screens, social media, video games, sugar, caffeine, binge eating, shopping — plus fully custom habits • Clinically-informed taper plans: set your baseline, set today's target, watch your 7-day average fall (self-guided — not medical advice) • 7, 30, and 90-day trend charts • In-the-moment urge tools: 4-7-8 breathing, HALT check-in, urge surfing, grounding, and a 1-to-10 urge strength tracker • Recovery Tree that grows from Seed to Old-Growth with every clean day • 23 withdrawal safety guides and 23 free science-based short reads • 18 milestone badges • Panic button with 988 and SAMHSA hotlines built in PRIVACY IS THE WHOLE POINT Most sobriety apps want an account, sync your data to the cloud, and run analytics on your most personal struggles. CLRTY does none of that. The only feature that touches the internet is the optional AI Recovery Coach (Premium) — your message goes to the AI provider and the reply comes back; the conversation isn't stored, and with no accounts there's nothing to link it to. Never open the Coach tab and the app never makes a single network request. PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) The free core covers the full recovery toolkit. Premium adds depth: • Premium Monthly — $6.99/month • Premium Yearly — $39.99/year — Save 52% (about $3.33/month), includes a 2-month free trial Premium unlocks the AI Recovery Coach with voice input, all 18 milestone letters, the full depth-read library (14 essays), extra breathing patterns, Distract & grounding tools, and shareable milestone cards. Cancel anytime — Premium keeps working until your renewal date. Refunds follow Google Play's 48-hour policy. A NOTE ON WHAT CLRTY ISN'T CLRTY is an educational companion, not medical care. It doesn't replace therapy, detox, AA, or SMART Recovery. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (US). BUILT BY A PERSON CLRTY is built by Christopher Kopf, a retired U.S. Army Major in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. One developer, no investors, no data business — if Premium can't pay the rent, CLRTY shuts down before it ever starts collecting on you.
