QuoteMagic!, incorporates a ready made menu pricing system created by a flat rate expert. Edit or add tasks to QuoteMagic! using your PricePoint software. Adjust labor rate as needed, reprice tasks using PricePoint's built in database of over 250,000 plumbing/heating items and output to tablets. Close integration with PricePoint scheduling allows a dispatcher to email appointments to technicians in the field. Record payments, make customer changes, capture both the customer's signature authorizing work and upon satisfactory completion. Tablet data is transmitted to the PricePoint desktop software via email so managers will see sales immediately! Export to QuickBooks available through PricePoint software. IMPORTANT NOTICE: QuoteMagic! requires PricePoint software (Windows) to activate and load the app. The app also requires a current subscription to PricePoint and device activation fee.
