CloudTrans Monitor permite a los conductores de vehículos de carga registrar automáticamente su llegada y salida a los puntos de cargue y descargue asignados según el manifiesto electrónico y los reportes logísticos del RNDC (Registro Nacional de Despachos de Carga). La aplicación utiliza geocercas inteligentes y ubicación en tiempo real para validar con precisión la presencia del conductor en los puntos de control, garantizando trazabilidad y cumplimiento operativo para las empresas transportadoras. CloudTrans Monitor se integra con la información del manifiesto electrónico consultado en el RNDC, permitiendo visualizar datos del viaje, puntos de cargue y descargue, estados operativos y eventos requeridos por la normativa colombiana. Entre sus funciones principales: Registro automático de llegada y salida mediante geocercas. Reportes logísticos vinculados al RNDC y al manifiesto electrónico. Visualización del viaje y puntos asignados según información oficial del RNDC. Envío seguro de ubicación en tiempo real durante todo el trayecto. Trazabilidad completa de la operación de transporte. Reducción de errores manuales y optimización del flujo operativo. Esta herramienta es exclusiva para conductores autorizados por empresas transportadoras suscriptoras del servicio. Su uso mejora la eficiencia, transparencia y trazabilidad exigida en las operaciones reguladas por el Ministerio de Transporte y el RNDC.
