Clorly: Pool Service Manager

Run your pool service business from one app. Clorly is pool service software for owners and technicians — handle scheduling, daily routes, before/after photo logs, water chemistry, and customer reports in one fast workflow. Stop juggling spreadsheets and spend more time on the deck. Built for solo pool pros and small crews — no learning curve, no enterprise bloat. WHAT YOU CAN DO Smart Pool Service Scheduling Set recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits. Clorly auto-fills your calendar and never lets a pool slip. Drag-and-drop to reschedule, see conflicts before they happen. Daily Route Planning & Live Map See every pool you visit today on one map, ordered by location. Get next-stop directions, mileage, and ETA, and track each technician's progress in real time. Built for the realities of field service work. Before/After Photo Logs & Service Reports Document every visit with GPS- and time-tagged before/after photos, then send the customer a clean, branded service report by email or a shareable tracking link. Pool Chemistry Tracking & Dosing Log chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, salt, and cyanuric acid. Clorly flags out-of-range readings, suggests how much to dose, and trends every reading so you see what's drifting and when. Pool Profiles & Equipment Tracking Every pool gets a profile: equipment list with warranty dates, chemistry history, last readings, service notes, access codes, and customer contact. One tap, full context. Quotes, Customers & Messaging Build and send quotes, keep every customer's history in one place, and message customers without leaving the app. Team, Roles & Performance Invite technicians with an access code, control what each role can see, and track completion rate, on-time performance, and a team leaderboard. Inventory & Shopping List Track stock and cost per item, get low-stock alerts, and build a shopping list for the next supply run. Clorly AI Pool Assistant Ask the in-app assistant about dosing, equipment, or water problems and get an answer in seconds. Outdoor / Field Mode High-contrast theme designed for sunlight and wet hands. One toggle, instant readability poolside.
