Clive: Click & Live, la nueva forma de alquilar y publicar tu casa sin moverte del sofá, en tu lugar de trabajo o mientras tomas algo en una terraza. Puedes publicar y reservar tu casa desde el móvil evitando comisiones abusivas de agencias. ¿Cómo funciona? Es muy fácil. Te das de alta en la plataforma y rellenas tus datos para que podamos verificar que eres tú. Si eres propietario: Desde tu perfil, cambia al modo propietario y publica desde tu móvil o tablet en 5 sencillos pasos sin necesidad de ordenador y espera a que te llegue la reserva. Una vez que te llegue, tendrás hasta 48 horas para ver el perfil de quien te ha reservado la vivienda y así poder decidir si aceptas o rechazas la solicitud del inquilino. Si aceptas, se abre un chat y podréis ultimar los detalles del alquiler. En caso contrario, se le devuelve la señal automáticamente al inquilino. Si eres inquilino: Dispones de infinidad del filtros y modalidades para poder afinar tu búsqueda: Por texto libre, ciudad, mapa, precio, especial mascota, tiempo de estancia y fechas de entrada, fecha de disponibilidad y un sin fin de posibilidades. Si ves un piso y te gusta lo puedes reservar directamente desde tu móvil siguiendo unos sencillos pasos. Si el propietario, acepta tu solicitud y se abrirá un chat para que podáis hablar, quedar y firmar el contrato o lo que acordéis. Si el propietario rechaza tu solicitud, se te reembolsa la totalidad de la señal en un plazo máximo de 24 horas. Con Clive, Click & Live
