House Cleaner Client Book

MaidDesk is a client book for people who clean houses for a living. It is for the cleaner, not for finding one. It keeps everything about each house on your phone: how to get in, which products they want, what they care about and what they owe you. Then it walks you through each clean room by room, and gives you a card to send the client when you are done. YOUR DAY • Today shows your cleans in the order you set, with the address, entry details and price. • Set a weekly, two-week, four-week or one-off schedule for each client, and the cleans fill in from their day and time. • The week view shows your booked cleans, and you can reorder cleans within a day. EVERY HOUSE • A card per client: entry notes, key tag, pets, parking, the products to use, what they care about, and photos of the place. • The door or alarm code stays hidden until you tap to show it. • A key ring lists every key you are holding and whose it is. ROOM BY ROOM • A standard, deep or move-out list for each clean, copied from a template you can change per client. • Tick tasks as you go while a ring shows how far along you are. • Skip a task with a reason: the client asked, no access, out of scope, or you needed supplies. A skipped task is never counted as done. PHOTOS • Take photos per room and mark each one as found on arrival or as the room you left. • Mark arrival photos to record the condition of a room before you start. THE DONE CARD • When you finish, send the client one image: the rooms done, anything left out and why, your note and your photos. • Share it from your phone by text, WhatsApp or email. MONEY • Record payments by cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, card, check or bank transfer. • Unpaid cleans turn amber after 7 days and red after 28 days. • Invoices and receipts as PDFs, numbered for you. • Log supplies and miles, and see each month's cleans, money in and spending. • A month summary PDF for your records or to share with your tax preparer. It does not work out any tax. MESSAGES • Ready-made messages to confirm tomorrow, say you are running late, announce a price change or a holiday, or ask for a review, filled in with the client's name, the date and the price. REMINDERS • A note the evening before your next round, and a weekly note about unpaid cleans. Both can be switched off. YOUR RECORDS • Your client book is kept on your phone. The app sends crash reports and usage statistics so problems can be found and fixed. • Back it up to one file, photos included, and restore it on another phone. • Lock the app with your phone's biometrics or screen lock. • Bring your clients in from a spreadsheet (CSV), and export your payments. • In 10 languages, including Spanish. PRO The standard tier keeps up to 10 active clients. Pro removes the limit, adds invoices, receipts and the month summary, and puts your business name on the done card.
