Full description

Struggling to start? You're not lazy — your brain just works differently. BetterStart is an ADHD toolkit built for the way your mind actually operates. Three focused modules, zero overwhelm. LAUNCH — Beat procrastination Can't decide where to begin? Launch picks one task for you and gets you moving. No lists, no planning paralysis. Just tap and start. The hardest part of any task is the first step — Launch removes the decision so you can take it. TALLY — Count wins, skip the guilt Traditional habit trackers punish you for missing a day. Tally does the opposite: it counts what you DID, not what you didn't. Track small victories throughout your day without streaks, shame, or guilt. Because progress isn't a straight line. ENERGY — Manage your fuel Not every hour is equal. Energy helps you understand your mental capacity right now, so you can match tasks to how you're actually feeling. Low energy? Do the easy thing. Feeling sharp? Tackle the big one. Work with your brain, not against it. BRAIN DASHBOARD See your patterns mapped beautifully. Energy trends, task completions, and wins over time — all in one calm, visual overview. Understand yourself better without drowning in data. DESIGNED FOR ADHD BRAINS • One thing at a time — never a wall of tasks • No streak pressure — miss a day, no punishment • Energy-aware — adapts to how you feel • Dark mode — easy on the eyes • Private — all data stays on your device • No account required — open and start immediately Built by someone who gets it. BetterStart doesn't try to make you "more productive." It helps you actually get going.
