Friendly Reminder: Widgets

Keep useful reminders where you already look: on your Home Screen. Friendly Reminder shows active notes when their weekday and time window match. Pause a reminder without deleting it, edit it or move it to the archive. Free starts with up to 5 active reminders and includes weekday and time rules and the Home Screen widget. A higher allowance protected for existing reminders is preserved. Optional Pro adds unlimited active reminders and place rules for up to 20 saved places: at a saved place or outside all saved places. With your permission, Friendly Reminder uses background location so its Home Screen widget can show matching place reminders while the app is closed. Time-based reminders work without location permission. Place monitoring stores no movement history and is not used for advertising. Unknown location is never treated as outside. Android may delay background updates; there is no real-time guarantee. Confirmed place events remain valid while monitoring stays unchanged; cached GPS fixes expire after 15 minutes. A newer contradictory or uncertain fix blocks an older place event until a new event arrives. Saved places and reminders stay on your device. Online maps and address search open only after separate explanations; those providers may receive your IP address, viewed map area or entered search address. Manual coordinate entry is also available. No app account is required. Free may show ads, subject to privacy choices and availability. Pro removes in-app ads. Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Monthly and yearly plans are available. Eligible new subscribers can try the yearly plan free for seven days; it then renews at the price shown in Google Play unless cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. An Android subscription does not unlock the iOS app.
