CityTroops Next

CityTroops is the field app for teams that work outside the office. Submit reports, run patrols, start shifts, complete tasks, and stay visible to your organization — even when there is no signal. This app requires a CityTroops organization account. Ask your supervisor for an invitation, or start an organization at citytroops.com. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE FIELD Reports that stand up as evidence Capture structured field reports with photos, digital signatures, GPS, timestamps, and the custom fields your organization defines. Use them for incidents, inspections, visits, or any workflow your operation needs. Guard tours and checkpoint validation Execute scheduled patrols and validate checkpoints with GPS proximity, a photo, or a QR / NFC scan. Every check is timestamped and location-tagged so supervisors can verify the round happened. Shifts and attendance Start, pause, and end your shift with optional photo and location capture. When your organization requires it, you work from a verified shift — not an informal check-in. Tasks where you are See assigned work in a list, on a schedule, or on a map. Complete tasks from the field and attach the report that proves the work. Locations, assets, and people Look up sites, equipment, and contacts — including custom fields — and scan QR or barcodes to identify assets on site. Tracking during active shifts Share your location while you are on shift so your team can see where work is happening. Location is collected for active work, not all day. Panic alert Trigger an emergency alert with your location so administrators are notified immediately. WORKS OFFLINE Field work does not wait for a signal. Reports, patrols, shifts, tasks, and lookups work without internet. Everything syncs automatically when you reconnect. WHO IT IS FOR Private security companies, building and facility teams, technical and HVAC services, and any organization that needs verifiable proof of work in the field. Supervisors plan and monitor on the web. Field teams execute on this app. Same data, in real time. SUPPORT Help and account setup: https://citytroops.com This app is intended for members of a CityTroops organization. LOCATION CityTroops uses your location to record field activity, validate checkpoints, and — when you are on an active shift — share your position with your organization. Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
