Orbira: Local Networking

Orbira introduces you to a few professionals worth meeting, and tells you why each one makes sense. Tell Orbira what you can help with and what you're looking for, one sentence each. Every Monday it suggests a few people you have a real reason to know: someone who offers what you asked for, someone you could help, a referral partner, or a peer who has done what you're about to do. You choose how many you want, from 1 to 5 a week. CONSENT FIRST • Every request carries a short note that says why you're reaching out. • Nobody can message you until you've both said yes. • Sales, recruiter, vendor and investor outreach stay off until you turn them on. MEET, THEN KEEP IN TOUCH • Suggest a time for coffee, or meet on Orbira's private video call. Calls are never recorded. • Add the meeting to your calendar in one tap. • Check in afterwards in two taps. Your answers and notes are visible only to you. • Watch each relationship grow from Connected to Talked, Met and Established, and see your network city by city on the map. WHAT ORBIRA LEAVES OUT No feed. No followers or likes. No swiping. No public scores or leaderboards. No ads, and your information is never sold. Orbira never collects your device's location: it only knows the metro area you choose. LOCAL CHAPTERS Orbira is open wherever you live. Chapters are open in Atlanta, Macon and Middle Georgia, and Southwest Florida (Fort Myers and Naples); everywhere else, your city's chapter is forming and opens at 100 members. Until then, you're introduced to members in the nearest open chapter: in person within 150 miles, otherwise over video. TRUST YOU CAN'T BUY Confirm where you work or study with a work or school email (never shown to anyone), or have a person on the Orbira team review your profile. A subscription, a title or popularity never changes who you're introduced to. Free to join, with no dues. For anyone 18 or older building a professional life: working professionals, people between roles, and students.
