Full description
Chrysa's home screen is a window: the sky matches the hour you're actually in, and the land outside slowly fills in with the things you actually did — a tree for a walk, a lit window for an evening with someone, a bird for time spent reading. Over months it grows into a small town, built from your own days, not from points. When the pull to scroll hits, Chrysa has something better to do than scroll: a real idea sized to the minutes you actually have, or a real place nearby if you would rather be outside. Offered once, easy to wave off, and never the same list twice. Chrysa helps you build a life you don't need to escape from. It starts with one question: who do you want to become? Healthier, closer to the people you love, more creative, calmer, more present. Then it pays attention to how your days actually go, and makes a little room for the good stuff. Chrysa is for anyone who reaches for a screen more from habit than desire, who has tried habit trackers and app blockers and found them naggy or bare, and who would rather be offered a good alternative than told no. Some people call this digital wellbeing, or self care; Chrysa just calls it paying attention to your own life. It is gentle by design: no score, no pressure, nothing to keep up and nothing to break. What it does - One suggestion a day, chosen for you. Not a feed, not a checklist. Something small that moves you toward the person you said you want to be, and a "Not today" that is always a fine answer. - Something better to do, in two taps. Open Chrysa, tap its home-screen widget, and it offers a two-minute alternative sized to the time, the weather and where you are. On Android it can also offer one the moment you open an app you chose. It never blocks anything; you can always carry on. - Your day at a glance. Sleep, movement, meals, screen time, and the open blocks in your afternoon or evening, with an idea for what would make them feel worthwhile. - Logging in plain words, like a daily journal that doesn't need typing much. "Walked 20 minutes with a friend at 7" is enough. Or fill in the whole day in five minutes at night. - Screen time, sleep and steps read straight from your phone (Android), so you never have to type them. On iPhone, add them yourself in a few taps. - Real places nearby when you have time to spare, and the weather, if you switch that on. - Food as patterns, not calories: what you ate, roughly when, and how it felt, with no mood scale to fill in. - A two-minute weekly reflection every Sunday — a weekly review, not a daily log to keep up with — that looks back on the week and shapes the one ahead. - Progress per area of your life: five dimensions, shown as dots relative to your own goals, never added up into one score and never compared to anyone else's day. What it is not - Not a habit tracker. Nothing to keep up, nothing to break. - Not a screen-time blocker. It creates a moment between impulse and action, then gets out of the way. - Not a scoreboard. Rest counts. Entertainment counts. Doing nothing is sometimes the suggestion. Privacy, plainly Everything lives in a database on your phone. There is no account, no sign-up and no server of ours. Screen time, sleep and steps are read on the device (Android) and never leave it. The one exception is a switch you control: places and weather from the internet, off by default, which sends only a location rounded to about a kilometre to OpenStreetMap and Open-Meteo. Export your data as a file or delete everything, any time. Chrysa is free: no ads, no subscription, nothing to unlock. Chrysa is built to be needed less, not opened more. The best outcome we can imagine is that you open it less because your life got better.

What's new

Chrysa 1.0.0. A window that follows the real time of day, and a small world that grows from what you actually do. Your month as one picture you can share. A morning note an hour after you wake and an evening one before you sleep, two a day at most, quiet hours respected. Nearby places and weather only if you switch them on. Everything else stays on your phone.
